Hi, I'm Marais Leon, founder of ML Designs.
Since 2012, I have been helping builders and homeowners bring their visions to life through thoughtful design, planning, and collaboration. My background comes from years of renovating, flipping, designing, and building homes, while working closely with builders on custom homes and residential communities throughout Florida.
Over the years, I have been involved in projects from concept through construction and have personally built homes in both Florida and Central America. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on the building process and a deep appreciation for the many decisions required to bring a project to life successfully.
Today, I continue to work alongside builders and homeowners, helping bridge the gap between vision and execution while drawing from firsthand experience on both sides of the construction process.
